From the analysis and the positioning up to the appearance of Zech Group and its affiliated companies: We have accompanied the process of identity determination, developed the Zech Group’s umbrella brand strategy, and gave the individual corporate brands a clear shape in the form of a mandatory corporate identity and a coherent corporate design.
The Zech Group’s logo and corporate design create a bridge to the origin: Zechbau GmbH – this company paved the way for today’s success and the identity of the whole group of companies.
Zechbau stands for comprehensive services in the field of building construction and real estate – from the idea and project planning and financing to construction and operation.
In order to capture the growing culture and self-image of the company, employee and target group interviews were carried out. Subsequently, these insights were condensed in workshops using different methods. Based on this, the future-oriented brand image was developed.
On the basis of the already existing communication media at Zechbau GmbH and in consideration of the new brand image, a new needs-oriented and strategically stringent corporate design was developed. We have designed the whole CD and CI process, supporting the entire internal and external communication.
