Mercedes-Benz plant Bremen lives diversity far beyond diversity management. This includes, among other things, the commitment to the Diversity Board – an event that offers room for discussion, questioning, and debate about diversity management. The venue, hosts, and guests change from board to board.
The corporate design makes the type of the event and the topic of diversity visible. Derived from an artfully folded napkin, a figurative mark has emerged that we have used on a variety of media.
In addition to the board, Mercedes-Benz is also committed to the Bremen Diversity Award. After the positive response to our design for the board, we were entrusted to design the media for the Bremen Diversity Award.
In 2016, we summarised the variety of design concepts under the umbrella of the Diversity Award, and also the Diversity Board was given a new look. The media were designed in such a way that they can be used for all awards and promotions.
