What began in 1899 as a small iron trade in Bremen has now become one of the largest construction and agricultural machinery trading companies in Germany. Tradition and innovative advancement – in order to make this dynamic field of Mager & Wedemeyer Maschinenvertrieb GmbH & Co. KG visible, we have initiated an intensive process for the development of a corporate identity. Based on this, a new logo, a corporate design, and an extensive media catalogue have been created.
In addition, we have developed further ideas and actions for internal communication – as new things only work if employees are also excited by the enthusiasm. And for sure are they excited. The sober information for the employees turned into contagious employee enthusiasm – and finally enthusiastic employee participation.
