For construction and agricultural machinery trading company Mager & Wedemeyer Maschinenvertrieb GmbH & Co. KG, we have developed ideas and actions for the internal communication of the company in addition to the logo and the corporate design. One of the highlights of our identification and corporate identity campaign for the 130 employees is the annual wall calendar. Specifications: »Provocative in a sympathetic manner« and »Not instructive«. No simple task at all.
The result is a visual language putting with its choice of motif the people and the company logo in surprising contexts again and again thus encouraging to take a closer look on the company and the own role as an employee. Self-deprecating, charming, and winning. »That’s how we are.« This makes being a M&W fan really fun.
