From the handy anniversary brochure to the large event with 1300 guests: change needs guidance and the right level of communication. This is all the more true for a broad-based communications group such as EWE TEL. Not only to bring the many employees at different locations closer to the reorientation, aims, and visions, but also to excite them requires sometimes a few lasting events and experiences.
This is what happened at the »Future Day« at EWE Arena in Oldenburg. An image film, presentations, interactive tools, and stage design have had their effect.
