In both categories, the staff had 8 minutes to present the project »EY ALTER« to a 5 and 6-person jury from business, media, federal government, etc. The HR Excellence Award is one of the most sought-after awards in the field of Human Resources Management in Germany since it is awarded only to the most innovative projects.
