After two years of conceptual design, scenography, interaction design, and communication, we are looking forward to the launch of the exhibition »EY ALTER« at Universum® Bremen. The interactive exhibition has been created on the initiative of the human resources department of Mercedes-Benz Bremen as well as with scientific support from Jacobs University Bremen. The idea is to rethink the subject of age against the backdrop of demographic change.

What opportunities arise from changing age structures in society and companies? The exhibition focuses on self-experience: to try out yourself, to redefine one’s age, to experience surprises about age-specific strengths. Above all, it is about the paradigm shift in the head: away from age stereotypes towards the potentials that are in each of us.
In addition to the exhibition, we have also developed the communication strategy for »EY ALTER«. Participation as a communication and design principle is an essential component for success.
