The customer centre of AOK head office in Bremen was to be restructured. Several requirements had to be met: Clear separation of front and back office. Better orientation and wayfinding for the customers of the health insurance company. A generous reception with respect to the space allocation program, including numerous workplaces amongst others.
We have zoned the light-flooded ground floor into three rings around a central atrium: from loud to silent, from eventful to quiet. The colour and light concept developed for AOK sets a course and supports the wayfinding. All in all, with a modern and fresh appearance, we have been able to successfully transfer AOK’s service guiding principle into the building.
